"Keeps my lunch really fresh all day"
I’ve been using my Bentgo box for work lunches, i’m impressed. My salad doesn’t get all soggy, the fruit still tastes really good by lunchtime, and nothing gets weird or smelly after sitting in my bag for hours. The little sections are super helpful too and make everything easy to pack. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes bringing lunch to work so much easier. I’m really happy with it.

Overall, it’s fine, but the lid does leak sometimes, which is frustrating. I feel like it’s fair to expect a basic seal that keeps things from spilling, especially for everyday use.

"No weird leftover food smell"
I’ve been really happy with my Bentgo lunch box because it doesn’t hang on to smells the way some plastic containers do. I’ve packed tuna in it, curry, and a few other foods that usually leave that strong leftover scent, and after a quick rinse and wash, it just smells clean again. I was kind of expecting at least a little lingering odor, especially from the tuna, but nope. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re using it every day.

I’ve been using my Bentgo for lunch at work it’s been super easy. I just pop the lid off, microwave it, and it heats up evenly without the container warping. Nothing fancy, but it makes reheating lunch way less annoying, which I’m happy about

This works well for packing lunch, and the portions are generally fine. I just wish the snack sections were a little bigger, but overall it does the job nicely.

I’ve been using my bentgo for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed. I’ve packed yogurt and fruit in it, tossed it into my work bag, and it hasn’t leaked at all. It feels nice when something actually works the way it says it will. Definitely happy with it.

I like the lunchbox overall and it’s been handy for everyday use, but the dishwasher situation is frustrating. It says top rack only, which I followed, and mine still warped a bit after a few washes. It’s not completely ruined, so I’m still using it, but I don’t think customers should have to guess whether it’s actually dishwasher-safe or not. The company should be clearer about what it can handle, or own up when the product doesn’t hold up as expected. For now, I’d say hand washing is the safer option.

"Survived My Clumsy Moments"
I’ve had this for a few months now, it’s been through more than I expected. The first time I dropped it, I froze for a second thinking that was it, but it kept working like nothing happened. Then, of course, I managed to drop it again a few weeks later. Still fine. At this point, I’m impressed it’s holding up so well.

"Great layout, no unnecessary hassle"
I really like how the compartments are set up in this Bentgo box. Everything has its own little spot, and the sizes actually work well for snacks and lunch items. Food doesn’t get all mixed together, which my kid definitely notices. It’s a small thing, but it makes packing lunch so much easier without any unnecessary fuss.

I had a small issue with my order, i wasn’t expecting much when I reached out. But to be fair, they replied quickly and didn’t just send me some generic copy-paste response.
They fixed the problem without making me prove a million things or jump through hoops, which I really appreciated. Say what you want, but good customer service is rare, and I’d order from them again because of it...

I use it every day and the hinge still feels solid with no loosening at all. The whole process was really easy too, which made the experience even better.

"Latch has been solid so far"
I’ve been happy with this latch. It stays shut like it’s supposed to, whether I’m opening and closing it a bunch, bumping into it a little, or just leaving it alone for days. No random popping open, no loose feeling, no annoying fiddling with it every time. So far, it’s been reliable for everyday use

"I had a problem with the latch..."
I had a problem with the latch after a few months, so I reached out with some photos and my warranty info. I’m not sure if everyone’s experience is the same, but for me they got back to me after a couple emails and sent out a replacement fairly quickly. I do wish the whole thing had moved a little faster, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

I’ve been using this Bentgo box for daily lunches, and in my experience it’s decent overall. The only thing I don’t love is the cleaning. Some areas rinse out easily, but food tends to get stuck in the corners, and the lid takes a little extra effort. It’s not a huge deal, but for me it’s not as quick to clean as I was hoping

"My kid actually uses it on their own"
I’m happy with this because my kid can open it without needing me every two seconds. They’ve used it at snack time, while getting ready for school, in the car, after soccer, and even when we were rushing out the door. It’s simple enough that they don’t get frustrated, which means I’m not constantly being asked to help. Small thing, but it makes a big difference

"I picked up a Bentgo for work..."
I picked up a Bentgo for work lunches, and it’s been better than I expected. I packed pasta around 7am, and by noon it was still warm enough to actually enjoy. Not steaming hot or anything, but definitely good to eat. I’m usually trapped at my desk or stuck in back-to-back stuff, so not having to hunt down a microwave is a huge plus. No leaks so far either, which is always a relief. Happy with it.
